MOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
2 months notice of cancellation required for Christmas/New Year holiday
period and January school holidays.
2 weeks notice required for all other school holiday or public holiday
bookings
48 hours notice required at all other times.
Short notice will incur a penalty charge of at least one night or the
cost of accommodation booked unless the unit can be on sold.
WEDDINGS, ANNIVERSARIES & SPECIAL EVENTS
In high season demand periods it may be nessessary for us to place a minimum stay period ( 2 or more days ). In addition we only accept bookings on the basis of a minimum cancellation notice of 2 months prior to reservation date. This will be explained on booking or on our AA portal for online bookings. (see below)

The above policy applies however we do our best to accommodate the changed requirements for our Corporate Customers:

Cancellations made on the day of check in ( or after ) WILL result in that booking being charged for up to 100% of the total booking unless we can on sell the unit/units booked.
WEDDINGS & SPECIAL OCCASION BOOKINGS
We are
more than happy to accommodate as many guests as possible.
However most weddings are in our high season and we have our regular customers and customers
who
require a long stay.
For this reason bookings for one night only (usually Saturday) may not be possible to all that request
one night only. We will give first priority to bookings that are two nights or more. Unit occupancy rate
will
apply for one and two bedroom units
All bookings must be made by the persons staying. We cannot take “on behalf” bookings and we cannot
put units “on hold” or “pencil in”.
