 MOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

2 months notice of cancellation required for Christmas/New Year holiday period and January school holidays.
2 weeks notice required for all other school holiday or public holiday bookings
48 hours notice required at all other times.
Short notice will incur a penalty charge of at least one night or the cost of accommodation booked unless the unit can be on sold.

WEDDINGS, ANNIVERSARIES & SPECIAL EVENTS

In high season demand periods it may be nessessary for us to place a minimum stay period, 2 or more days . In addition we do accept bookings on the basis of a  minimum cancellation notice of 4 weeks prior to reservation date. This will be explained on booking or on our AA portal for online bookings.
